30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn (beyond trying on indoors) and in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sleekerlife@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Items That Can't Be Returned
- Socks, pajamas and loungewear that have been worn or washed (for hygiene reasons)
- Baby items that have been used, such as bibs and blankets
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
Return Shipping
For returns that aren't due to our error (for example, a change of mind or the wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at sleekerlife@outlook.com.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it under this policy.
